Every package includes the photo booth experience, premium props, a selected backdrop, custom photo template, digital photos and professional setup and breakdown. Print packages additionally include your selected 2×6 or 4×6 prints.
The client or venue provides access to a reliable power outlet and Wi-Fi when needed for digital sharing. Please let us know about any venue limitations before booking so we can plan accordingly.
Please provide a safe, level area with enough room for the booth, backdrop and guests to comfortably use the setup. For outdoor events, the setup should be protected from unsafe weather and strong wind.
Setup timing depends on the venue and package. We'll coordinate the access time with you in advance so the booth is ready before your booked start time.
Start with the Book Now form. We'll check availability, confirm your package and send the next steps to secure your date. Your date is not reserved until the booking process is completed.
Yes. We can create a custom photo layout for your event, including names, dates, colors and event themes.
Yes. Print packages offer your choice of 2×6 photo strips or 4×6 prints.
Yes. Outdoor setups are welcome when the location has safe, level ground, access to required power and protection from unsafe weather conditions. Strong wind, rain or other unsafe conditions may require a different setup plan.
A professional attendant is included with The Grove, The Harvest and The Olive Signature at no additional charge. The Spring package does not include a professional attendant.
A Power Box is available for $100 when venue power is not available. Let us know when you inquire so we can plan accordingly.
Outdoor setups must have shade or a canopy to protect the equipment from direct sun and weather. The client is responsible for providing adequate shade unless the $100 Shade / Canopy add-on is selected.
